The majority of the 54 rooms are twin-bedded, though 6 have double beds. Spacious (22 sq. mr.) triple and quadruple rooms are also available.
Each room has its own shower-room, balcony with seating, fridge, telephone and individual safe facilities.
A Mini-Bar service is available on request. Sixteen studios have a kitchenette.
The bedrooms are divided between three separate blocks, surrounded by an abundant variety of flowers, shrubs and trees. Some rooms have sea-views.
The suites make for really spacious holiday space - ideal if you are sharing with family or friends. The indoor reception dining area is pleasant, but not too plush. Which creates a homely feeling, and certainly helps you to thoroughly relax in this friendly family atmosphere.
Reception provides a currency exchange service, sale of postcards, stamps, maps and guide books, taxi calls, and local information. A book swap, library and board games are also available.
The breakfast buffet offers a selection of traditional Greek and European faire. Service is from 8-10 am. Food is served all day at the poolside bar.
Energyia activities take place in and around the region of the Hotel Vasilikos Beach, and of course we use the beaches for thalassatherapy and self spa pampering.
They say that St Nicholas beach has it all. Boats sail by. Para-gliders
fly through the sky. St. Nicholas is a cosy, small
resort within Vasilikos.
The village is centred around the Hotel Vasilikos Beach, with a scattering of cottages, apartments, a mini-market, three tavernas and the hotel.
The nearest large resort with a variety of nightlife is Argassi, 9km away. Taxi fares are around 9 Euro.
A limited bus service operates, fare 1Euro. The water sports and diving centre on the beach provide a great diving and snorkling school with a full range of courses, boat and shore available.
Introductory courses operate every day. P.A.D.I. Open-water advanced rescue diver certification courses operate
weekly. The water is clean and clear for swimming - this is
as close to paradise as you'll find in Zakynthos.
The small village of St Nicholas is very charming and pretty. Bathed in geraniums, roses, wildflowers, pine forests and palms - an absolute delight to the soul. Pure fresh air, always the sound of the sea nearby. Three tavernas for eating out in the evening are just opposite the hotel.
The St Nicholas water sports facility, connected with the Hotel Vasilikos Beach provides the widest selection of fun on the island. Jet skis, banana boats, pedaloes, ringo rides - to name a few.
The famous Ammos Beach Club set slightly back off the beach at St Nicholas overlooking the Bay, also provides a brilliant place to hang out and relax - famous in Greece for its wonderful ambience, and hand carved wooden furnishings.

DISTANCE FROM THE HOTEL
St Nicholas Beach is 100 metres away from the Hotel grounds, to the South.
Plaka Beach - an idyllic and quiet white sand beach - an absolute haven - is 100 metres away to the west!
Plaka Beach leads onto Banana beach which is the 3 km beach we use for our beach walk and circuit challenge. We stop along the way for exercise on the swings half way down the beach! A brilliant workout for legs, arms and tums. And then a relax in the hammock before moving on!
Vasilikos Village, half way down Banana beach, is a small village with great tavernas and small shopping facilities. Jianni at the Coffee House in Vasilikos Village is famous for his wonderful coffees and popular with the tourists who return year after years to holiday in this fantastic region of Vasilikos.
The Church of St. Nicholas stands on the rocks at the end of St Nicholas Bay. A fabulous place to walk around or try a spot of fishing. This is the place we go to say our prayers!
Delightfully rustic the region of Vasilikos has a wonderful selection of tavernas and beach clubs with sun beds you can laze back on under a straw umbrella. Perfect for watching the boats sail by as your Energyia holistic holiday adventure unfolds!
