With  magnificent sunsets and breathtaking views over Tsilivi beach and the Ionian Sea with the small islet of Voidi nearby, and the neighbouring island of Kephalonia in the distance, the Balcony Boutique Hotel is a haven of peace and tranquillity in Zakynthos. Prices listed are per person per week in £ sterling as  either a single or for two sharing in a double room. Accommodation can also be secured for triple and quadruple rooms if you are coming with a group of friends and would like to share. There is also an apartment available with cooking facilities which is also popular for larger groups.

The Balcony Boutique Hotel has among the best sunsets in Zakynthos. During your stay we enjoy among the best sunsets in the Mediterranean with magical meditations as the sun goes down!n Energyia holistic fitness activity holidays in the Greek Islands located in Greece during the summer at the Balcony Boutique Hotel, back on to the rustic and delightful region of Akrotiri.  The Balcony Hotel, a small hotel with 34 rooms, provides a serene haven for relaxation, revitalization and rejuvenation.

The Balcony Hotel combines traditional Zakynthian architecture with charming decor. Garden Terraces surround the hotel, with breath-taking views. 

A private pathway leads from the garden to the long sandy beach of Tsilivi. This small Boutique Hotel also has triple rooms, and one two-bedroom apartment A buffet breakfast is included in the price. The Balcony restaurant and outdoor lounge provides a really lovely ambience.

The snack bar and restaurant are open until late evening, providing an option should you want to eat there. A number of tavernas are also close by, including a traditional fish taverna right on the sea at the bottom of the Balcony stairs.

Tsilivi, 5 km north of Zakynthos town, has a long safe beach, with a wide choice of bars and restaurants, and a great selection of water sports facilities. The Blacony Hotel stands on a secluded hillside at the North end of the Tsilivi beach. You can easily walk into the resoprt of Tsilivi if you want to do some shopping and enjoy the varied nightliofe on offer. Tsilvi is a bustling resort, and considered one of the most popular  resorts in Zakynthos.

Although the Balcony Hotel does not have a swimming pool, the beach at the bottom of the Balcony Hotel stairs provides the best and most quiet area on Tsilivi beach for swimming and relaxation.

There is a great fish taverna right below the Balcony stairs which is also very popular with guests. You can relax there during the day on the sunbeds. As with the restaurant at the Blacony Hotel, food is served throughout the day.

You can also use swimming pools facilities at open hotels and clubs on the beach front area of Tsilivi beach - if yo prefer a pool to the beach for swimming.  Hotels and beach bars with pools are all within comfortable walking distance of around 5 minutes, nearby on Tsilivi beach. The Balcony Hotel provides a serene location for Energyia holistic fitness retreat guests. Everyone loves it here. It is one of the only hotel facilities on the island that does not host mass tour groups, making it far more charming, 'retreaty', and authentic in style.

There is a local  bus service to Zakynthos town, and taxis are available from the reception at the hotel.. The central resort centre of Tsilivi is about 1 kilometre away where you can find a wide choice of tavernas, bars, restaurants and local shops.
